Timothy Green is, well, a little Odd

The Odd Life of Timothy Green

Cindy and Jim Green want a baby, and can't have one. So they write all the attributes their child would have, on little sheets of paper, put them in a box, and bury the box in their garden. That night, a mysterious storm comes, that only they have seen, and an equally mysterious young boy, Timothy, shows up in their house, covered in mud. There is a hole in the garden, where the box had been. I think this is one of the best nonPixar movies Disney has done in years. It is magic, made powerful because you know it is magic. A delightful movie for the whole family. The boy who played Timothy was wonderful. He played a boy being a boy, not a mini-grownup! Warning: keep the tissues near;-)
