I watched the special that ran several weeks on Bravo about
the making of this show. It was fantastic. It tells the story of a young man
who falls from the sky into a magical world at the base of a volcano. The
creatures are hilarious, gorgeous, sad, funny, and totally marvelous. Need
something to watch with the whole family? This is it! The juggler, the flying
birds, the plant man with no shirt, the man with the light bulb – all the
others combine into some of the most fantastic acts. The music is great, the
costumes are marvelous – what can I say? Watch it. Enjoy it. And pass the
popcorn, please.
