Rainy Day loves good swordfights, and really looked forward to this movie. The costumes get 5 stars. The movie, not so many; it was disjointed, the use of flashbacks and (I think) flash forwards were not well done. And the soundtrack! Aarrggghhhhh, the sound track sucked bilge water. Had a better soundtrack been used, one that fit the period of the movie and did not intrude into the story, it might have gotten a higher rating. Rainy Day thinks the acting was OK, but she had the idea the director had a hot date and wanted to get this over with ASAP! With a wee bit of work on the director's part, this could have been a great movie. The fight scenes, at best, were mediocre. Rainy Day says, "Don't waste your time with this movie!"
